Chula Vista Football Club (“we”, “our” or “us”) operates under the www.chulavistafc.com website (hereinafter the “Website”). Our registered office is at _______________________. The terms “you” and “your” refers to you, as user or viewer of the Website. These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) apply to your use on the Website and by continuing to use this Website you are confirming that you accept the Terms set out below and the additional usage terms set out in the relevant parts of the Website mentioned herein after.

Notwithstanding with any clause herein, you agree that we shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or other types of temporary relief or legal remedy) in any jurisdiction.
